I’m accepting commissions to draw your favorite characters from screen, stage, and page! RPG, Comics, Movies, the only restriction I have is that you keep it tasteful.

The final commission pieces will be received free of watermarks. The timeframe for finishing projects will be about 1 week (depending on my workload). Check out my gallery for examples of my work & tell your friends!


Here’s what I’m offering:

Penciled Character (No BG) $30
What you get: A tight pencil drawing of the figure. Some of the work/ sketch lines may still be present. It will be a comic-style line drawing, so there won’t be any grey-scale shading, but some cross-hatching and solid shadows will be added.

Inked Character (No BG) $40
What you get: A finished black-and-white line art drawing of the figure. Pencil lines will be erased, leaving only the tight black-and-white India ink. Like a finished black-and-white comic, there will be some cross hatching and black shadows, but no grey-scale shading.

Cell-Shaded Color Character (No BG) $50
What you get: An inked drawing of the figure, with cell-shaded/ anime-style coloring. The figure will be fully colored with highlights and shadows. The colors will be layered, with no airbrushing or blending, much like the characters in an animated film.

Rendered Color Character (No BG) $80
What you get: An inked line drawing of the figure, with fully rendered coloring. The colors will be shaded and blended. The linework will still be present, and there may be sharp delineations between some colors, so this will be more like finished comic book art, rather than a fully painted piece.

All commission pieces are done at 8.5” x 11.” Character options above do not include backgrounds, but the color pieces will have a simple color/ gradient background. If you have text that you would like inserted into the digital art (Character Name/ Bio), there’s no charge for it, just provide the text and notes on the font, and where you’d like it.

If you'd like a more rendered background, we can discuss that when working out the details of the commission.


The Ordering Process:

1. Send me a note with “Commission” in the subject line. Describe what you would like, and I will contact you to work out the details.

2. Payment must be received up front before any work is started. Payment can be sent via Paypal or by US Money Order.

3. I will send you a rough sketch of the character to make sure the details and pose are what you want. This will be your last chance to make changes in the design. Once the sketch is approved by you, I will finish the piece through the pencils or inks (per the order).

4. If you are ordering colors, at this point I will send you a color rough. Again, this will be your last chance to make changes to the colors. Once the color rough is approved by you, I will finish the coloring and send you the final piece.

Please read:

*All prices are in US Dollars, and I only accept US currency. Prices are all for a single character. If you would like multiple characters in the same illo, multiply the cost by the number of characters. Finished artwork will be sent digitally via email. If you would like the original, finished penciled or inked art mailed to you please add $5 to the total cost, to cover the shipping charges. I only ship within the continental US. All color work is done digitally, and will only be emailed, although you can still request the original inked character art to be mailed to you. If I post the commission piece in my gallery, it will be done so with a watermark.
